MAP BougeBouge Outaouais Festival

It is a non-profit organization founded and led by two-time Olympic triathlete Kathy Tremblay.

Our organization aims to prevent physical dropout among teenagers, young families, and retirees by bringing together people interested in active living in our communities.

All of our initiatives are based on the principle of self-motivations and centre on education, autonomy, the development of a sense of competence, and the need for social connection.

Thanks to your contribution, BougeBouge can continue to develop initiatives such as  running races, festivals, running clubs franchises, hosted events and adventure courses ! You can view our social impact for more details.

The BougeBouge Outaouais festival is THE sporting event of the year in Gatineau ! It’s a full day of activities for everyone. Run or walk one of our running courses, then discover the diversity of sports activities on the program. Divided into different zones, the 45-minute activities are the perfect opportunity to try new disciplines!
