Cancellation and refund policy

  1. In the event that the event must be cancelled or held in an adapted manner, including a virtual race, for reasons beyond the control of the organizing committee such as weather or a pandemic situation including Covid-19 and/or any other case of force majeure, no refund will be possible.

Scenario A: Face-to-face race (code green, yellow and orange)

  • Each start is designed to see a group of 12 people at a time, considering a code orange. In an option where the region is running in code yellow we will allow more participants per start. You will be assigned a start time based on the time you have scheduled at the time of registration.  An official email will be sent to you one (1) week prior to your race start day. You must be at the start line no later than 15 minutes prior to the start.

Scenario B: Virtual race (Code Red)

  • In the case of a code red, the participant will pick up his or her runner’s kit on the scheduled dates and will complete his or her challenge at the location of his or her choice on race day. You will need to fill out the OFFICIAL time form HERE in order to submit your time to sportstats to post your result.
