Rincón de la Vieja

During the 19th century, the eruptions of the Rincon de la Vieja were so high that it served as a natural lighthouse for navigators.

You will have the opportunity to visit the Rincon de la Vieja National Park, where you can take the trail that leads to the still active volcanic mud cauldrons called Pailas, (2.5 hours of hiking).
