A colleague can pick up bibs for a group.<\/li>\n
A limited number of new registrations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that prices may vary from one event to another, with last-minute registrations generally costing more once taxes and platform fees are included. Expect an additional minimum fee of $10 on top of the standard rates at the end of a transaction for all distances.<\/li>\n
Only exceptional cases, where participants were unable to pick up their bib before the race, may do so on event day at near the start.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

You can make a free bib transfer during the bib pick-up period with proof of payment of the ticket to be exchanged.<\/p>\n

A finisher’s prize will be given to you at the finish line and can vary according to the season such as: a cap, a toque, a bandana, a key chain, a t-shirt etc. The organizers reserve a surprise for all the races.<\/li>\n
Photographers will publish a photo album of the event on our Facebook<\/strong><\/a> page! Like our Facebook<\/strong><\/a> page in order to receive notifications of uploaded photos!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Headphones<\/strong><\/h3>\n
The Quebec Athletics Federation does not recommend wearing headphones during the race. If you choose to run with music, you must still be able to hear external sounds, such as another runner asking you to move aside or a volunteer giving you instructions. This is for your safety and the safety of other participants and volunteers.<\/p>\n

Locker Room<\/strong><\/h3>\n
No checkroom is provided for this purpose. We suggest that you leave your belongings and equipment in your car or in the company of a trusted person.<\/p>\n

Parking\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Parking will be available at Coll\u00e8ge Charlemagne<\/strong>, 5000 Rue Pilon, Montr\u00e9al, QC H9K 1G4, at the corner of Chemin du Cap-Saint-Jacques<\/strong> and Boulevard Gouin<\/strong>. Google Maps<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n
If you choose to park at the Nature Park:<\/strong><\/p>\n
Each participant must pay the parking fees of \\$8.40 for 2 hours or \\$10.70 for the full day. Payment can be made by credit card at the park meters or via the Secunik<\/a> app.<\/p>\n

Washrooms<\/strong><\/h3>\n
There will be indoor public restrooms<\/strong> in the chalet and portable toilets outdoors<\/strong> along the course. See Google Maps<\/strong> for details.<\/p>\n

Aid Station<\/strong><\/p>\n
One or more aid stations will be available along the course. Check the “MyMap<\/a>“<\/strong> tab to see the locations of the aid stations on the course.<\/p>\n

Timing<\/strong><\/h3>\nThe timing of the course is done by the company sportstats. By clicking on this link<\/strong><\/a>, you will find your results.<\/p>\n
The results will be classified by age category (U5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, … until 60 years +)<\/p>\n

Cut-offs and Split Times<\/strong><\/h3>\n
To ensure safety and smooth race management, cut-offs<\/b> (time limits) are set at various points along the course. After these times, continuing the race will no longer be permitted.<\/p>\n
Recommended split times help you manage your pace throughout the event.<\/p>\n

Water Station<\/strong><\/h3>\nOnly one refill station will be available since we are in a nature park. No water cups will be provided along the course. Gels will be available, but any paper waste thrown on the ground may result in participant disqualification. You must keep your waste with you until the end. Check the “MyMap<\/a>” tab to see the location of the aid station by typing EAU in the search bar.<\/p>\n
