\nBib transfer policy<\/h3>\n\n- You can transfer your bib for free during the bib pickup period with proof of payment of the ticket to be exchanged and proof of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Headphones<\/h3>\n
The F\u00e9d\u00e9ration qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise d\u2019athl\u00e9tisme does not recommend wearing headphones during the race. If you wish to run with music, you must be able to hear outside sounds such as a runner asking you to yield or a volunteer giving you instructions. This is for your safety and that of other participants and volunteers. Due to the complexity of the course, its stairs, and narrow corridors, strollers will not be allowed to access the event and run the 5km.<\/p>\n
\nStairs<\/h3>\n
There are two<\/strong> very important rules regarding the stairs: the use of mechanical escalators is prohibited, and no step should be climbed or descended two at a time. In other words, skipping steps is not allowed; they must be climbed and descended one by one.<\/p>\n
\nCloakroom<\/h3>\n
Access to the cloakroom with limited spaces will be available for participants at the start and finish at Brookfield Place.<\/p>\n

\nPATH – Toronto’s Downtown Pedestrian Walkway<\/h3>\n
Toronto’s first underground path dates back to 1900 when the T Eaton Co. company connected its main store at 178 Yonge St. to its annex through tunnels. By 1917, five tunnels were already present in downtown. The opening of Union Station in 1927 led to the construction of an underground tunnel to connect it to the Royal York Hotel (now known as the Fairmont Royal York).<\/p>\n
The true rise of PATH began in the 1970s with the construction of a tunnel connecting the Richmond-Adelaide and Sheraton centers. In 1987, the city council adopted the recommendation that the city would become the coordinating agency of PATH and would pay the overall costs of the system to design a signaling program.<\/p>\n
In 1988, the design firms Gottschalk, Ash International, and Keith Muller Ltd. were commissioned by the City of Toronto to implement the design concept for PATH. The name and logo of PATH are registered with the City of Toronto, which coordinates and facilitates directional signage, maps, and identity markers throughout the system.<\/p>\n
In the 1990s, signage for PATH was developed to provide pedestrians with better ease of use and functionality. The signage improves the visibility and identity of PATH, thereby increasing its usage, attracting more people to downtown Toronto, and attracting more businesses.<\/p>\n
In 2016-2017, the City of Toronto and the Toronto Financial District BIA engaged Steer Davies Gleave to develop a new PATH signage system. Extensive public consultations, discussions with property managers, and review by the PATH Partnership Group led to the new PATH signage installed throughout the system in spring 2018.<\/p>\n

Headphones<\/h3>\n
The F\u00e9d\u00e9ration qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise d\u2019athl\u00e9tisme does not recommend wearing headphones during the race. If you wish to run with music, you must be able to hear outside sounds such as a runner asking you to yield or a volunteer giving you instructions. This is for your safety and that of other participants and volunteers. Due to the complexity of the course, its stairs, and narrow corridors, strollers will not be allowed to access the event and run the 5km.<\/p>\n
\nStairs<\/h3>\n
There are two<\/strong> very important rules regarding the stairs: the use of mechanical escalators is prohibited, and no step should be climbed or descended two at a time. In other words, skipping steps is not allowed; they must be climbed and descended one by one.<\/p>\n
\nCloakroom<\/h3>\n
Access to the cloakroom with limited spaces will be available for participants at the start and finish at Brookfield Place.<\/p>\n

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.<\/p>\n

\nPATH – Toronto’s Downtown Pedestrian Walkway<\/h3>\n
Toronto’s first underground path dates back to 1900 when the T Eaton Co. company connected its main store at 178 Yonge St. to its annex through tunnels. By 1917, five tunnels were already present in downtown. The opening of Union Station in 1927 led to the construction of an underground tunnel to connect it to the Royal York Hotel (now known as the Fairmont Royal York).<\/p>\n
The true rise of PATH began in the 1970s with the construction of a tunnel connecting the Richmond-Adelaide and Sheraton centers. In 1987, the city council adopted the recommendation that the city would become the coordinating agency of PATH and would pay the overall costs of the system to design a signaling program.<\/p>\n
In 1988, the design firms Gottschalk, Ash International, and Keith Muller Ltd. were commissioned by the City of Toronto to implement the design concept for PATH. The name and logo of PATH are registered with the City of Toronto, which coordinates and facilitates directional signage, maps, and identity markers throughout the system.<\/p>\n
In the 1990s, signage for PATH was developed to provide pedestrians with better ease of use and functionality. The signage improves the visibility and identity of PATH, thereby increasing its usage, attracting more people to downtown Toronto, and attracting more businesses.<\/p>\n
In 2016-2017, the City of Toronto and the Toronto Financial District BIA engaged Steer Davies Gleave to develop a new PATH signage system. Extensive public consultations, discussions with property managers, and review by the PATH Partnership Group led to the new PATH signage installed throughout the system in spring 2018.<\/p>\n
