It is the responsibility of each participant to complete each step in order to participate in the race.<\/p>\n

  1. It is mandatory that everyone in the uOttawa community \u2013 students, faculty, and staff \u2013 certify their vaccination status using the COVID-19 Vaccination Declaration online tool<\/a> whether they intend to come to campus or not.<\/li>\n
  2. Once they have received confirmation from uOttawa that their Vaccination Declaration has been registered, every person who receives confirmation that they are permitted to come to campus will need to follow these additional measures:\n
      \n
    1. In accordance with Ontario Government regulations, every person must fill out the\u00a0COVID-19 Daily Health Check-In<\/a>\u00a0form online before coming to campus and must receive confirmation they are permitted to come onto campus.<\/li>\n
    2. Once on campus, everyone is required to strictly comply with all\u00a0protocols issued by Ontario Public Health<\/a>, including wearing a mask, keeping a safe distance from others, and washing hands frequently.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Arrive at least 45 minutes before your departure to validate the QR code of your vaccination passport. Once your vaccination passport has been validated, you will be given a sticker to affix to your race number and you will be directed to the registration table.<\/p>\n
