Together towards a movement of vitality!<\/h2>\n

Once upon a time, there was a double Olympian who became a mother and a committed entrepreneur. Kathy Tremblay has given herself a mission: to motivate social change towards vitality! Here is the NPO BougeBouge<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each community has a social responsibility towards its youth. Its different spheres must unite to ensure their future. Mission, vision and values of our social involvement<\/strong><\/h3>\n

BougeBouge is a social involvement organization that brings together Quebec and Canadian communities around the principles<\/strong> of active living motivation. An organization inspired and created by two-time Olympian in triathlon Kathy Tremblay.<\/p>\n

The mission<\/strong> of the organization is to prevent physical dropout among teens, young families and retirees by bringing together active living stakeholders in the communities. The objective<\/strong> of our initiatives is to understand and promote physical activity with an emphasis on motivation. Healthy lifestyles are valued<\/strong> in order to prevent chronic diseases.<\/p>\n

Our actions<\/strong> aim at organizing sports events to stimulate and train people in the concept of motivations which puts at the heart of its actions the education of the need for autonomy, the development of the feeling of competence and the need for social connection. Vision<\/strong>: To create a sustainable movement for active communities where vitality is sustainable.<\/p>\n
